Family house — Garden
We designed a home for a young family seeking harmony between a contemporary lifestyle and long-term sustainability. This single-story timber house offers a 5-room layout with an open-plan kitchen and living area, nestled in a quiet setting with views of greenery. The building is carefully placed on the plot to ensure privacy while allowing space for a future extension or an additional house.

ARCHITECTURE
The architectural form is minimal, elegant, and functional. The balanced composition respects the scale of the surrounding development and responds to the orientation of the sun. The wooden façade gives the house a warm, natural character, while modern technologies inside ensure comfortable and efficient living. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to the outdoors, blending indoor and outdoor life.
SUSTAINABILITY
The house is designed to meet passive house standards, with a strong emphasis on minimal energy consumption. It uses renewable energy sources, controlled ventilation with heat recovery, and a private constructed wetland for wastewater treatment. Beyond energy efficiency, we focused on sustainable materials, durable construction, and minimizing the building’s ecological footprint. The result is a home that naturally fits into the landscape and remains respectful to the environment and future generations.
