Housing — Mountains
The residential development is designed as a calm and pleasant place for everyday living, naturally connected to the character of the surrounding rural environment. The project consists of four apartment buildings, three of which are planned for the first phase, while the fourth is reserved for potential future development. The urban concept works with simple building volumes, a human scale, and open views towards the landscape, creating a harmonious environment for both living and community life.

ARCHITECTURE
The architectural concept is based on the archetype of a traditional house with a pitched roof, naturally fitting into the context of the rural setting. Simple building forms are complemented by plastered façades in natural tones, with each building featuring a distinct color to create visual diversity while maintaining an overall harmonious composition. The apartments are designed as 2-room and 3-room units with kitchenettes (2+kk and 3+kk), suitable primarily for smaller families, seniors, and municipal employees. Each apartment includes a private loggia oriented toward the quiet side of the site, while large horizontal windows allow strong visual connections between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.
SUSTAINABILITY
The project places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, durability of construction, and an environmentally responsible approach. The buildings are equipped with photovoltaic panels with battery storage and heat pumps for heating and domestic hot water, significantly reducing the overall energy demand. High-quality thermal insulation, energy-efficient LED lighting, and carefully designed technical systems help minimize operating costs while ensuring a high level of residential comfort. The project also includes landscaped green areas with new tree plantings, a natural biotope, and shared outdoor spaces that support a pleasant microclimate and encourage community life among residents.
